By commissioning me, you agree to the TERMS OF SERIVICE below.

PAYMENT
— Payments are only accepted in USD and will be taken via Paypal.
— All payments are paid upfront & no refunds.
— Cancellations are only available when no payment has been made yet.REVIVSIONS
Revisions are to be made during the sketching process! Minor changes are allowed, but generally changes can not be made after the sketching process.A fee will be taken for each change, depending on how big during the coloring/rendering process. Please keep in mind some changes will not be available during the rendering process as that is when the piece is being finalized.DELIVERY + TIME
Once sketching begins, the commission can take from at least 1 week up to 4 weeks for completion! Commissions with a rush fee will take around 2-7 days to complete.USAGE & RIGHTSI [THE ARTIST]
— Have the right to decline a commission request if I feel I am unable to draw it, the design is too detailed/complex, or if the pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable.
— Retain full rights of the commissioned artwork: I am allowed to post it on my sites, make speed paints, and present it in portfolios unless a NDA agreement is purchased in the order.You [THE CLIENT]
— CAN NOT: Claim ownership of the commissioned artwork. Please credit me when posting it on other sites!
— CAN NOT: Make alterations to the artpiece without my permission, this includes turning my art into a Vtuber model, drawing on top of it, adjusting the colors, etc. .
— CAN NOT: Use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes.
— CAN NOT: Use my artwork to train AI for generating images.

PERSONAL USE
This means that the artwork isnt used to generate any kind of profit! Examples: printing it out for yourself, sharing it on social media, using it as a wallpaper/pfp on non-profit sites ( such as a discord pfp or banner )MONETIZED CONTENT
Purchasing this license means that you will be allowed to post and use your commissioned artwork on your monetized or business-related online accounts. Examples: twitch stream overlay or channel banner, youtube thumbnails, avatar for a monetized platform account, etc.COMMERCIAL USE
Purchasing a commercial merchandising license means that you will be allowed to make and sell new products that include your commissioned artwork. Examples: using the artwork in a game, printing the artwork on T-shirts, stickers, keychains, etc. Commercial use means you are allowed to sell things that feature the commissioned artwork! But it does NOT mean you can sell the artwork on its own. Please contact me for commercial use commissions.
